Design Consultation
Welcome to your handmade jewellery journey. Our jewellery design process begins with a consultation with one of our expert jewellery consultants. Taking place in one of our boutiques at Westfield Garden City or Westfield Carindale, this will be a chance for you to view our designs and discuss ideas within your specified budget.
For clients that are interstate or simply unable to make the visit in-store, we are able to have digital consultations. This combines video calls and emails to discuss and share 3D renderings and photos/or videos. This allows you to see your Jewellery Design before it is made and allows you to make any adjustments.
Creating a bespoke piece of jewellery is a magical and personal journey. We strive to give every customer valuable advice, guidance and education so you end up with an heirloom piece that’s cherished for years to come.
Sourcing The Best
Argyle is committed to the highest quality raw materials. All of our diamonds, gemstones, pearls and precious metals are responsibly sourced and traced to guarantee ethical practices have been adhered to from mine to market. We regularly attend international trade shows to observe the ever-changing design landscape and keep up with trends, as well as connect directly with sources.
Development Phase
Once our initial design consultation has provided us with guidance on your preferences, the design rendering process begins. We have bespoke designs which can be adjusted to your needs or we can create a completely new jewellery design. Using notes on metal, stones and designs you may have brought, we’ll create rough drawings and develop a computer-aided design (CAD) drawing that brings your design to life.
Specially Crafted For You
After you approve your custom ring design, our team will get to work. With careful precision, your jewellery piece goes through a series of steps, each made by hand by our master craftsmen in our onsite workshop. Finally, once the gems have been set, we’ll finish it off with a polish and conduct a final detailed inspection to ensure everything has been done to the highest standard. Precision and attention to detail drive us every step of the way.
Delivery
The moment you have been waiting for! Once your bespoke jewellery piece has been made, our team will reach out to you to share the result. After final payment has been received, you can pick it up in-store or we can arrange for a courier to deliver it to your address.
